Detroit is known for building the most powerful production automobile engines in the world. It is still and always will be the “Muscle Car” capital of the world. Detroit is also known for its inspirational electronic music scene, as powerful as the automobile industry is Detroit Musical Talent. Born out of this mash up between engineering and power come Detroit Muscle-power and raw style from the Detroit underground music scene. If one had to describe this sound, it would be best explained as electro, progressive and dutch housed, mixed with the grit of the Detroit streets. Always progressing with new music and exploring new genres in production, Detroit Muscle is concentrating on hard synths, baselines, and progressive breakdowns. Some tracks have small catchy vocal hooks, some with actual singing and some with no vocals, just hard ass beats!

The newest production by Detroit Muscle, “Up All Night” was inspired by all the party kids taking an Adderall to keep up longer and drinking on top of that. Detroit Muscle had a sick ass electro house track done and wanted to put a party vocal on it. A female with a hip swag was sought out for the vocal named Christina Chriss. The video was produced and shot by Scott Spellman and is now available along with the single. “Up All Night” reached #1 in 5 days on Serato’s MP3 download site for DJs, whitelabel.net!
